The best way i found to get arcane dust is to craft the green bracers lvl 61 from tailoring only takes 1 stack of cloth and a thread, great dust, and cloth can be bought 2-3g at times, for a stack or farm it all yourself. 10 bracers i usually get about 2 stacks of dust easy, occasional planar, but more dust.
