This plan comes with limited Buying Power, which can be increased with additional deposits. Your deposit on file with Copart needs to be 10% of the maximum amount you wish to bid on a vehicle.

If you win a lot and don’t finalize the purchase (meaning, the lot is not paid in full within 8 calendar days including the day of sale) the Lot will Relist. The Relist fee will be 10% of the final sale price OR $600 – whichever is higher. If you have paid Copart already, contact the Yard directly.

A. Unfortunately you cannot return vehicles to Copart after the sale. All sales are final, and all vehicles are sold as-is, that is why it is very important to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding, and obtain as much information as you can.
