What is VOBIS Gold? Once your horse has been nominated for Super VOBIS, it will then be eligible to be nominated for VOBIS Gold. VOBIS Gold is an extension of Super VOBIS, offering additional bonuses over and above the $13 million available in Super VOBIS bonuses each season.
How to nominate for VOBIS Gold?
There’s two ways you can nominate for VOBIS Gold. You can either complete an online application through the MyHorseRacing portal or download and complete a PDF nomination form and email it to [email protected].

To be eligible for BOBS, a horse must be sired by a BOBS eligible stallion and nominated for the scheme. A horse cannot be nominated for BOBS once it has turned 3YO. Owners can also opt to nominate for BOBS Extra which extends BOBS bonus payments to 4YO racehorses over a staying distance of 1800m and beyond.
