DDP and Goldust are only available to those who pickup the WWE 13 Fan Axxess Pass. With the pass you will get all the DLC and save a few buck. WWE 13 will be in stores everywhere October 30th on the Xbox360 and PS3. You can the full list of DLC and their scheduled release dates below.

For Goldust to be unlocked, Cody Rhodes needs to win a match. After Rhodes wins, he will attack his opponent after the match and his bizarre half-brother will slide in for the save.
