Peavey’s are great bang for the buck, but have almost zero resale value. Well made, play great, they lack the classic looks of a Fender or a Gibson. Classic looks or not, I wouldn’t spend money on an old Fender, and 10X that for Gibson, if I had the choice of a Peavey that was well set up and in good condition.
