My preference for wedding favors is to patronize local artisans. But if that is not your style, here is a great alternative. Endangered Species Chocolate can be a special treat for your guests. Each bar is certified fair trade by Transfair USA and certified organic by Oregon Tilth. They come in 6 varieties each named after an endangered animal.

Just learned about Cred Jewellery. A UK outfit that is on the short list as one of 10 companies in the ‘Most Ethical Retailer’ award category. They do a lot of custom work as well.
